We work with professional services firms on Microsoft 365 Business Premium — typically 50 to 300 employees with document-heavy, compliance-sensitive workflows. Our current client base includes healthcare training and allied health education organizations, multi-location dental and physical therapy groups, boutique law firms, and regional accounting and advisory practices. If your organization is on M365 Business Premium and has repetitive professional workflows, we can likely help.
No. We build everything inside Microsoft tools your team already uses — Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and the Power Platform. We configure it, train your staff in plain language, and document every workflow and configuration so your operations team can manage it. An IT lead is useful for tenant access, but technical staff are not required to use or maintain what we build.
Security and governance are built into every engagement, not treated as add-ons. We build exclusively on Microsoft's enterprise-grade infrastructure inside your own Microsoft tenant. Your data never leaves your environment. We conduct a security review at every stage, assess your governance posture as part of the Discovery, and document data flows for your compliance team.
The AI Workflow Audit is two weeks. A Deployment Engagement typically runs six to eight weeks from signed agreement to go-live, depending on the complexity of your existing M365 setup, the number of integrations, and the scope defined in the Discovery roadmap. No Deployment begins without a completed Discovery first — this is how we guarantee the outcome is achievable and correctly scoped before work starts.
Every Deployment Engagement includes 30 days of post-launch support. Managed Operations clients have ongoing support via their chosen tier — Standard includes async support and a monthly check-in; Premium includes weekly calls, unlimited automation requests, and a dedicated Slack channel. We document every workflow and configuration so fixes are fast, and we know exactly how everything is built.
